Ion has been awesome from start to date! Excellent service! Services explained very well, people following up on all the steps have been informative, knowledgeable, explained things well, completed all steps professionally, showed up on time and responsibly, completed work above and beyond expectations in terms of safety, making the system integrate with my house even to matching colors so it blends in with the house, provided advice specific to me, and promptly scheduled steps for me so I had little to do in terms of following through on permits or whatever, cleaned up after themselves afterward, etc. Just can't say enough about how easy and excellent working with ION has been. Highly recommended!

Love my experience with Ion! We recently got panels on our new home and we are very happy to start using them. Our sales person, Bradley P. , was super helpful and provided us all the information we needed in order to feel comfortable with the processes and such. Our installer was also great! Nicholas S was the lead installer. He and his crew were fast and courteous to our neighbors and our property. The teams that helped us decide through this process made us feel like friends and that was what really sold us with Ion!

A team showed up on time they were very respectful. From what I can see from the ground without climbing on the roof everything appears to be installed very neatly the panels look great on my roof. They were very respectful to me having to work third shift and sleep during the day. The installing the team was absolutely wonderful I have no complaints so far the process has been smooth drawing out a little longer than I would’ve liked with inspections but I am very pleased with the outcome Clayton Parks was my sales representative, and Madison Bailey was my install lead.

I was in the process of thinking about solar panels to help provide electricity for three battery powered cars. Eric Salcido, an Ion Solar rep cold called me one day. I reviewed four different solar companies and ultimately decided upon Ion Solar. Eric kept checking back with me as I work through my decision making process, and was able to get the right solar panel system at the right price for me. Their whole installation process has been attentive. I have gotten a text about once a week asking if I have any questions, and bringing up the next steps in the installation process. Their installation guys were very efficient, and a crew of three was able to install 17 solar panels on my pitched roof in about four or five hours. The city inspection went off without a hitch. I am waiting for the utility company to install their meter as the final step. Overall this has been a very transparent and easy process. I had solar panels installed on another house previously, and while the panels work well and I have no complaints as far as quality or production, there was practically no communication. I suspect many people will be satisfied with Ion Solar. I know I am.

Great experience from start to finish. ION Solar has been fantastic throughout the whole process for my solar install. The whole team has been very responsive to any questions and are very quick with any updates to the status of my project. A lot of it is out of their control with municipal inspectors and state utility reviews. Once all the lights were green, the install team got my panels up and in place in a very short timeframe. Overall very pleased with the experience and the product. I am recommending them to my interested friends and colleagues.

Tyler was awesome! He came to our home, was polite, informative and explained solar in detail. He did not make any promises to us other then what could be backed by fact. We felt so comfortable with him. The install team was quick, clean and professional. Overall, we are very happy to have ION as our solar company. We look for great things to come.

My experience so far with ION solar has been going pretty smooth. Smoother than i expected. The reps are always in contact with me and explain what is coming up next. I have only signed documents and sent in a couple documents and they have taken care of the rest. Looking at the solar panels they look great! It doesn’t look sloppy they used every minute of their time to make sure it was done right. I’m almost done with the process I can’t wait to be soaking up all that energy!!! Thank you ION solar!

The experience was great. It's a little quiet at first while the design part is happening but once it's done things start happening real quick. The installation was the biggest shocker. I have a two story steep pitched multi faceted roof with 16 panels they had to install. Start work by 8 and they left shortly after 12 noon. I couldn't believe they were done so fast. I didn't even have a disruption to my power even though they had to put in a new panel. Their installation is the cleanest looking installs you'll see. If you drive by and the solar panels look like they were part of the house design it's probably because it was done by them. The panels are some of the best you can get right now made in America and are almost 21% efficient. Those Chinese made solar panels have that ugly gray metal bands around the panel and throughout and it looks terrible. These are jet black and they look so good. I feel like I got my money worth which lately you just don't hear yourself saying anymore. Seriously if your thinking about Solar call these guys up they'll come to you give you all the details and info right on your couch and in a non pushy way. I guarantee after you understand the process you'll be asking like I did "where do I sign?"

Our salesman, Tyler, did a great job of not adding any pressure to the sales pitch. He came to my house, presented his material and options, and left. NO PRESSURE SALES! Julian's install team also did a great job. Very professional and did a very clean install. Everything looks great! Overall, this has been a very easy process.

The entire Ion Solar team was fantastic to work with! From the initial sales meeting with Eric Feldman to the install with Chris Jones everyone was great to work with and extremely helpful in explaining everything clearly and making sure all of our questions were answered. There are a lot of steps to get the solar panels approved and installed and Ion was on top of them at each step of the way and got things done very quickly!
