Vivint Solar

Had to have roof replaced it took me 6 months to get vivint to remove the solar panels and right now i’m up to two months calling to try and get them reinstall the panels they are a horrible company that does not care for its clients. I’m paying for the panels and for the electricity but is not them loosing money why should they care

Worst customer service ever! We have a roof leaking and have been calling for two weeks to scheduled to remove the panels after they have been paid for the work and all we get is a run around from outsourced call centers that don't care. So if you want someone who does not care after they get paid this is the one for you!!!!!!
