Girlfriend was getting adjusted regularly and had a payment plan set up. All was going well until she came in for an appointment one day and the staff informed her she could not be adjusted as she had an outstanding balance of over $600. After finding this out, my girlfriend set up a payment plan. Since my girlfriend had ran up a balance, she didn't want to add to the bill with more adjustments. It was then decided that since she wasn't going to have more appointments, staff not only charged her the full amount of the bill, but they also had "miscalculated" the total so now the balance is actually $800+. Do your research and go somewhere else for your chiropractic needs.

I called them because I was in intense pain from my hip being out of place. They were able to see me right away and although they don't normally do an adjustment on the first visit, I could not wait. Dr Carly was great. She listened and didn't talk down to me. It took two visits to totally fix my hip, but she did it. Prices are comparable and they have facilities all around Des Moines. I am seeing them twice a week now and things are going well.

I can't say enough good things about this clinic. I was in terrible pain from sciatica could barely walk or sit and was almost immediately feeling better after starting treatments. But the thing I love the most is the staff - it is such a friendly, welcoming environment!

The personal and the Dr was very nice and easy to talk to and they’re great listeners. I was able to disclose my concerns and thoughts with out any judgments. Being reassured that my symptoms can be taken care of is a relief to hear.

I work 12 hour days mon-fri. Only availability I have is on weekends. Refused to let me set up an appointment on Saturday since I've never been. I can't afford to take a whole day off for a weekday appointment.

I have been going to Iowa Family Chiropractic for 3+ years. I have been going to chiropractors on a regular basis for 13+ years. IFC has by far the best customer service of any medical ractice I have been. They genuinely care about their patients and their well being. They make a huge effort to invest in you as a person from providing a well thought out care plan to remembering something as arbitrary as your dogs birthday- and everything in between. The office is nice and clean, the practice good hygiene and cleanliness. Over all I’d highly recommend this office to anyone

Love the environment and friendly staff here! I feel at home, and feel like they are putting my needs first. They are helping me learn about my body and giving me adjustments to help my sore and tired bones and muscles, to get back to how I needs to be so I can live daily pain free. I love how they are working with me financially and working around my busy work schedule. The app helps greatly! Highly recommend this place, out of anywhere else I've ever been, I am the most happy here. Amazing caring staff! I can walk in here with a smile and leave with a bigger smile and so much relief! I cannot wait for my adjustmens! I am sleeping better and taking in all there directions and already seeing improvement after just three days! They have lots of different therepy methods and plans that have great benefits to muscle and nerve damage, an degeneration. Wouldn't pick anyone but them!

I've been to a few chiropractors in not only Iowa, but other states I have lived in and this is BY FAR the best one I've ever been to!! They have fantastic energy, awesome customer service, talented Doctors who actually take the time to listen to you, and an office that is such a cozy place I could spend all day there with them! My overall general health and mobility has significantly improved and I am super grateful I took the leap to start at IFC!!
