An absolute gem of a bar. A real, actual honest to god bar that is not a hipster bar or an upscale cocktail place. Great jukebox. Good vibes. Makes you feel at home
This place is rad. Love the women bartenders. And they make their own Jell-O shots. Always a fun chill crowd.
Laid back neighborhood dive bar. Great prices and you can order food in. The jukebox gets this place lit late night. EDIT: I moved from NYC and decided to up the review from 4 to 5 stars. I miss it so much. Best neighborhood bar ever.
Still largely undiscovered and I hope it stays that way, the Capri has a ton of character and old-school charm. Both the bar and back room are spacious making it a great spot for groups and parties, but it's also perfect if you want to kick back and have a drink on your own or with a date. There's a decent jukebox as well as a TV in case you want to catch a game. And while the beer selection isn't stellar, it's adequate and the prices are relatively low for the neighborhood. The bartenders are laid back as is the overall vibe. I'm just hoping the place doesn't get overrun by hipsters.
This is the last historic bar in Greenpoint. Low key, old school decor, reasonable prices. If you're into this kind of stuff, you will love it. If you expect some fancy drinks, there is enough upscale places that cropped up all around Williamsburg / Greenpoint for you to choose from.
Best place in the world, if they had a bed there I'd ask if I could pay rent. Almost considered giving a one rating so I could keep this place to myself but I don't have the . Jello shots are for real and the prices are real reasonable
Fun bar with divey vibes and a jukebox in the back. Watch out, the best oldies are coming to get you up and singing!
I love this place. Especially the bartender-Ely I hope he is Aly
Their beer selection consists of10 different light lagers, these days I do expect bars to offer a stout or an IPA
The last of the oldschool spots and it was established way way way before your hipster ass showed up.
