Where do I start... 1. We get there and the server that was supposed to serve us specifically told us that it is her lunch break and she will get us when she gets back (1 hour later). Mind you it's lunch time: 12noon. So why do they have their waiters going on breaks during the busy times. 2. It took 45 min before we get anyone to hand us a menu let alone take our order. While that was going on nobody knew what their role was (Cook/Bartender/Server). It took over an hour before we were able to put in hour food order. Mind you we were the only ones there. 3. They had their cook take our order and cash us out. She's never used the POS system and completely screwed the bill up. Charged one guy the entire bill and charged me for my portion (So charged 1.5x the amount). She messed up so badly that they had to get the IT person to come in to override the system to correct it. This took 1 hour after we closed out. Side note... this is not the cooks fault. This is the managers fault for having the cook take responsibility over something she's never done. 4. This could have been corrected if someone just apologized and provided some sort of compensation, but nobody took blame nor apologized. 5. Called in to see what they were planning on doing to reconcile this issue and the IT/Manager was trying to rationalize the situation making it seem like it was business as usual. Again, he never apologized for the service. ***It is beyond me that some company would treat customers this way and never apologized for their actions. Not to say this is the last time I'm going to go to this location, but... someone just apologize for your bad service. That's all they need to do! Ridiculous.

Bar tender was pretty slow and forgot drinks a few times. Also wasn't sure how to make certain drinks. Prices were fair and decor was fine. We stayed a few hours but ultimately left due to poor service

I went there with a few colleagues and we had a great time. The hostess was very helpful and attentive, the beers were very easy to read in terms of ingredients so we could get a better idea of what we would be drinking. I'll definately return.

Excellent service and so much any days of the week. The manager and his staff are awesome. Burger and MC and cheese are my favorite entrée, highly recommended. Huge beer selection as well!

Came to take advantage of nice weather on the roof for lunch. There was only one waitress for what seemed like the entire restaurant. All food orders were in some way incorrect (missing standard ingredients listed on the menu to the completely wrong order). One person in the party ordered a grilled chicken wrap and received a fried chicken sandwich. After explaining the mix-up, he received what seemed to be the SAME fried chicken from the sandwich, except now hastily thrown into a wrap. The person next to us found a bug in their water. While the waitress offered to take the wrong lunch order off the bill, she couldn't do so until a manager approved it. This turned what could have been a 45 min lunch into a 2 hour disaster. The cherry on top was half the group feeling sick from the food after.
