From prepping, to sealing off to protect surrounding areas and to the finish Tom, Brian and Jr. did a great job. They take pride in their work and genuinely want you to be happy upon completion. They come in with a mission, they do not leave a mess behind and I was left with two tubs/tub surrounds that look refreshingly new and a 3 year warranty…that means confidence in their workmanship and product. They did a great job reglazing my bath tubs. I did have to keep calling to get things set up. Once the tubs where finished, the next day I saw something wrong so I called. They said they would be out that day which was Thursday at 530pm I received text message They weren't coming they be out the next day ok around 5pm got a message They would be out Saturday around lunch. Lunch time came and went. Called several times finally came at 545pm Saturday. Time management is not what this company does. I run a business and had to have it closed because I was told that they would be out and never showed. I was not happy with the excuses I was given in text stating the owner work's 15 hour days. Ok I need him for 5 mins. I was also sent a incorrect invoice with a much lower amount than what I paid so had to get that corrected. Things of mine I let them use I never saw again. Had to ask where my shower heads where and had to buy a new flip switch for filling up tub because the other one disappeared.

I’ve tried several places for reglazing bathtubs, it was big disappointments. Lucky find the Tom and Island Transformation. Blaine and Tom did a great job at my place! I liked Tom already before I met home because he replied promptly to my initial call. After that, I found him to be a terrific communicator. I always knew what to expect time wise. He sent me texts, for example, to let me know his estimated time of arrivals. Of course, my bathtub looks terrific. It’s so pretty I hardly dare to use it. While the process is not that pleasant, Blaine and Tom are super tidy and considerate. They cleans up, gave honest answers, work hard. I would definitely recommend them and use them again for the next job. Mahalo!

Refinished my tub. Set up with owner, Mike. Warren did work first day and Mike the second. Super Professional, friendly, efficient and my favorite, punctual. Great job on tub. Looks awesome and better than new. Reasonable price. I recommemd them without question.
