Would give zero stars if I could. No wonder this location is closing. The only store I have been in that I can remember that I was able to walk around the entire store, twice coming within 10 feet of the employees, and they never said a word to me. No eye contact nor affirmation I was even there.

Going out of buisness! Always loved this brand and dropping by around the holidays because the smell of fresh baked goods or hot chocolate was in the air, sorry to see the store go.

So sad to see WS leaving Hawaii! What's up with Ala Moana management & WS Corporate!

Just bought a knife on sale. Good customer service. They have someone opening the door for you to enter and have hand sanitizer. Store is nice and clean. Free parking.

Out of business. Williams-Sonoma will no longer be in Hawaii.
