Italian Gourmet Deli

The food was okay, we had the DC Cheese steak combo. There was plenty of food served. I did think it was strange that refills weren't permitted, but I'm not from DC, so maybe that's normal.

Ordered Italian Gourmet Deli for catering. Each person ordered their own meal, food was delivered hot-labeled- and on time. Happy with the food selections available through EZ Cater.

Horrible food horrible people and horrible service. I ordered a cheesesteak combo. The guy that took my order understood me enough to take my money, but didn’t do what I asked, which was to toast my bread on the grill. That’s not complicated just put the bread on the grill and let it toast. They couldn’t do that. Everything was undercooked the cheesesteak, the onions, the peppers, the fries and the bread. I went back in and asked if he could make another one. He told me they don’t toast the bread, and couldn’t make another one unless I paid for it. The guy that took my order suddenly doesn’t speak english. These people and this place is trash! I’m from out of town, so no possibility of me returning. The guy was very rude and disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. It felt like it was because I’m black.

First off I should have known this food was about to be wack because it wasn't an Italian in sight they got Migo back there cooking Alfredo and it was literally watery and runny like soup hoooooorrriibbleee then I took it back and asked for a burger And it was horrrriiibblleeeee no seasoning no salt pepper nothing my jaws are so strong after biting through that thick chewy bun that I can gargle peanut butter ...I should have just gone to subway like I initially wanted ....the food was the worse I've had in a long time I do not recommend

The employees are nice people. My pesto chicken sandwich had no flavor, unfortunately.

I ordered pasta, cheese ravioli. It comes with salad and the best bread I’ve ever had in my live. Fast and friendly service. Good food. Clean place.

They have bagels!!! The good kind that tastes of new York, not the reheated mess most places have. Their sausage, egg, and cheese uses a mild sausage with a white cheese. First bite and I'm hooked. Delish!

I was a little annoyed they didn't have tuna salad made when I ordered a tuna melt but that quickly disappeared when I bit into the chicken salad melt they made me instead. The rye bread was toasted just enough and the salad was delicious. I'll definitely come here again.

Standard to-go lunch fare. There was a line in front of my party and the wait was a little long, but the three employees working behind the counter seemed to be working hard and efficiently to get the orders out as fast as they could. I had a philly cheese steak, which was average, even by DC standards. Someone else ordered a pizza, and that looked and smelled delicious. Definitely a place to get lunch in a reasonable amount of time, but I don't know if I could recommend their cheese steaks.

Me and my cousins came in and got so much attitude from the guy taking our orders. My salad was good which is why I’m giving this review 2 stars the salad and salmon panini was good but the pizza was nasty and the cheesesteaks was not good at all we didn’t understand the demeanor of the guy taking our order we told him it was no napkins in the bathroom he told us to go back and look which we did no napkins and no apology was given for the attitude.he had an attitude we was looking at the menu and he was trying to dismiss us and take the people behind us order when we was in the middle of placing our order will NOT come back very disappointed
