They did a great job of getting back to me in a timely manner and got out to my house quickly to do the work. Did a great job removing several stumps from my yard and was overall great to work with. Highly recommend!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Their office staff are kind and friendly, and do their best to help each individual in regards to their own personal situation. A few years ago, I contacted them and the owner came out in person, because my situation was a "special" one, and he was caring, honest, and amazingly helpful. His crew came out, quickly, and took care of the problem in a timely and professional manner, and my yard was immaculate when they left....in fact, it was MUCH cleaner than when they had arrived. The owner is extremely honest, ethical, and has the highest of standards. I would use them again, in a heartbeat.

A guy came out in the rain to grind two stumps. He completed most of the job and left all of the grindings. His machine left two tracks a couple inches deep. He also ended up hitting and destroying one of my sprinkler heads after I told him the area it was located. He replied "I got it. I have been out here before for the mean old man that used to live here." I called to complain and got cold responses stating look at your quote, we are not responsible for basically everything. Overall, did they remove my stumps...yes. Everything else was subpar. In a customer service driven world, I would think they would try to make amends somehow. They were here for 25 minutes, ground two stumps, destroyed part of my sprinkler system, and charged me $350. I guess shame on me for trusting in a "professional" company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Last spring J&B took out three mature pines and a yew. They then came back this fall to trim a maple and a huge challenging elm. The crew did a great job on both visits; taking excellent care of the trees, surrounding buildings, and with the clean-up. You can trust these guys to do a good job at a competitive price.
