Hot water heater stopped working Friday afternoon, Service Professor was thankfully open and able to schedule weekend appointments. Customer Service Reps on the phone were very friendly, service tech (Jim) also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the items they stock on their truck are super-high end, and about 2-3x more than what I expected to pay. I'm going to buy my own heater and re-schedule for them to install, saving approximately $1500 in the process. Kind of my fault for not asking on the phone, I just assumed there was a broader range of pricing options that would be available. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because now I have to wait another day without hot water -- had I known the costs in advance, I'd have been able to pick up a heater yesterday and they could've installed today.

Randal was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took all the time that I needed to answer my questions and explain things in detail as we went along. He was quick and efficient at fixing my electrical needs. Service Professor does indeed care about their clients and they are eager to come back and make things right if needed. I now have a genuine, caring company that I can trust and call on. They make you feel like you're part of the family! I would recommend them in a heart beat!

Service Professor is awesome. One week ago I called Service Professor to replace my leaking water heater. They sent Steve as a technician . He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He worked until 4 pm to make sure we had a hot shower in the evening! Overall I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service and highly recommend. I signed up membership program and he gave me 5% off. Awesome! Thank you Service Professor and Steve.

Good Service! Up front and wanted to help. We have several projects that need attention and Tom was shy on given us a quote and trying to figure out the best way to accomplish our goals. I wasn't shocked at price tag, and worse case we only paid $59 to gain information that we didn't have. Tom was here for about two hours and was patient and understanding and gave us some really helpful information and three different quotes to address our needs. Highly recommend and will use in future :) THX!

Called late afternoon on the Saturday of the Memorial Day weekend and my aircontitioner wiring was fixed before 7 PM same day. Air is great in 90° weather.. Fantastic job and cleaned up liked he was never here. Randal did a fantastic job. Really appreciated his efforts as he could have been home enjoying the holiday weekend, but instead my wife and I have air conditioning in 90° weather.
