Had a great shopping experience at J Crew, and a super sales person. Greg Lopez found what I needed and made sure it all worked. He went out of his way to choose the prettiest earrings, and sent in a special order for my cute jeans. They have so many cute items. I wish I were younger, and didn't have so many clothes!!!!!
The store is beautifully organized and really kept looking great! I love JCrew and they always have things I am interested in!
The store use to be better when it wasn't run by a bunch of kids. Great close and great quality. You figure if you spent 2k $ every other month at a place you could get free shipping. Policy is key not repeat customers. We miss Jill and the others.
I buy J. Crew clothing regularly. I will never shop at this particular location again. The staff is condescending and the manager is totally checked out. I came in with a $350 gift card today, fully expecting to spend $500+, but left instead because the customer service was so bad. I love J. Crew, but this location is terrible.
Meh. Poorly managed, I suppose. In the end shopping at a brick-and-mortar store vs. online comes down to service. I’ve visited a few times and the staff seemed indifferent to me or any other customers. If I’m rummaging through a wall rack inspecting size tags and it’s not busy someone should offer help, especially if they have time for clearly personal conversations with one another. The sales staff at the neighboring Banana Republic, BCBG, and Anthropologie are by contrast pleasant and attentive. I leave those stores with shopping bags. I leave this one to find what I need on their site.
The gals at this store Karen and Karen were helpful and friendly. I look forward to going back and getting a little outfitting makeover. When I left I had no idea they were closed already for 15 minutes That type of friendly customer service sets the standard.
Come on JCrew... You were my only hope for high quality clothing in Albuquerque and you opened a store with such a small selection. I'm sad. Guess I'll be ordering online as long as I live in NM.

The customer service is friendly,professional, and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well organized.
Beautiful store with nice clothes. The clothes are a little over priced though.
