Although I like the large selection in Petites, I find the staff unfriendly and unhelpful. I tried several items and no one came over to see if I needed a different size or other help. When someone did show up, I was already dressed, and I had to get out of the cabin to tell her what I needed because she was too busy clearing the cabin next to mine. Then she said she was on the phone with a customer and she would get back to me instead of just sending another staff member to help me. Then I went to pay for the three items I wanted and the cashier was very curt and did not even thank me for the business. It is a real shame because the staff used to be much better. Very bad for business! I won't make an extra trip from El Paso unless I really need to.

The woman who helped me was very nice and knew what she was doing! I placed an order for my wife who can’t get around much because of foot surgery. I didn’t get the name of the woman who helped me but the others seemed to be in a bad mood or something… Otherwise my wife has received one of the dresses and really likes it! Looking forward to seeing the second one, we had them shipped to our house.

My very bad experience there is a person who works there who is always rude and with a bad attitude the truth I don't like to go to the store for that person there are employees who feel like the owners of the businesses Farahnaz

Classic women's wear with contemporary updates. You'll wear these clothes out before they go out of style. Helpful and pleasant sales associates.

Poor customer service, second time there associates don’t ask if I need help, they just ignore me.

Friendly with great selection and quality. Transitioning from Winter to spring with some fantastic items on sale. Very respectful sales/floor help. Large petite section. Talbots maybe pricey but always has unique items!

Talbots has great clothes but I could not buy them. Store did not update their hours on the website. Called and the phone message also said they closed at 6:00. They night have closed early for covid quarantine but there is no information on their actual hours. I will be very happy to update this review for a better score if I can get into the store and if I see the store making an effort to communicate better with their customers. Better luck next time I guess. If I come back.

I do like Talbots. But this particular store Albuquerque Uptown did not bother to update their hours on either the website or their phone message. That's very frustrating. I appreciate that they posted it on the door but we did call and we did check the website and we traveled all the way to the store only to find out that they were closed an hour earlier than posted. Please be considerate and update your hours for the customers. It really would be helpful. It seems a bit careless not to update your hours. It cannot possibly be that yes complicated and it does tell the customers that you care.

Clean, clothing is laid out and folded nicely, well stocked/organized, helpful sales people but not pushy, if it's not on the rack they will order it for you. I particularly like that they have a fully stocked petite section as well as a regular section.

Very expensive. I understand that the mall is called uptown, but $50 for a pair of leggings? Not into a brand who's clothes have shoddy stitches with such a high price tag. The majority of people who work there are very pleasant and helpful though. They can't help the tags.
