Merchandise appears to be of quality. The young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful and immediately attentive. Had smart suggestions and when I couldn't find my size in the store, promptly got online to see if available.

I was looking for a particular item and the store associate Michael was very helpful. Went out of his way to search at other stores for me and look for this out of stock item, so I wouldn't have to stop in several places. Great Store. Helpful staff.

Really like the clothes, but in store options are a bit limited. Whatever you can't find there, you can look online for. Obviously, the biggest draw is reasonably priced fashionable clothes. The quality and fittings don't seem to be as consistent, but you can find absolute great pieces for really good deals.

For a factory store the deals were not substantial....

This store is clean, shop-able, and always has fun trends & classics. The staff is another reason to visit- they are friendly and helpful.

Good styles, OK prices, your choice of sizes from XS to M. Seriously, of the 12+ things I wanted to buy, only three were in stock in a size L and they were all "slim" cut, so an XL is required to fit like a normal L.

The best finds are towards the back of the store near the fitting rooms. That's where I found all the sale/clearance items. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have mens, women's and children's clothing.

They have a lot of good sales. The quality is almost as good as the regular J Crew store for a significantly lower price
