Just sad! The store is a mess and trying to find somebody let alone somebody willing to actually help was near impossible. Found a shirt I really liked. It was on a mannequin in the front as seen in the attached photo. However, after finally finding somebody to help me locate that shirt in the store he found a manager named Willie somewhere outside having a cigarette and he said “no we haven’t had that in a while…. Why don’t you go look on the clearance racks ” when I didn’t happen to be able to locate one there… Let alone how anyone could find anything in that mess is beyond me, I of course then asked if I could actually purchase the last one in what happened to be the size I needed from the mannequin. I was told no even though it had a tag on it we aren’t going to sell that one- we need to send it back to our warehouse. Seriously? A willing customer wants to buy something you have available and you’re going to pay more than the value of that shirt to send it somewhere else where no one can buy it? As somebody who reviews retail stores on a regular basis this is one more reason why brick and mortar stores just don’t have what it takes anymore. Lack of staff, rude staff, a messy store, and no customer service. The days are numbered for this location!
Have you ever went to a store and you were followed? Well look no further old Navy in Mayfair collections tell their staff to follow you throughout the entire store no matter what you’re buying or if you even purchase anything. And the manager will physically pretend as if she knew nothing about it but no one outside of the brown people were followed. Old Navy needs to do better
They lied and said we couldn’t enter the store because they close at 6pm when the sign on the door clearly said 7pm. Super rude!
Ghetto. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they are always busy and you have to wait. Went in early in the morning and walked out after waiting 5 minutes in line with no help because someone was looking for a different size. Can’t stand this store
I love the clothes at old navy, but they’re hard to find in this messy store. I am also familiar with the manager from a previous job. Sadly she has not made much of her life, and has people following me whenever I shop. It’s harassment and if this continues I will take harsher actions. I’m a married educator....I deserve to shop in peace.
The store was an absolute mess. There were clothes all over the floor in the clearance area. There was junk all around the check out area box on the floor, package of candy with the outer wrapper next to it on the counter, merchandise strewn about. We were there at closing time, no one was doing any cleaning up of the store. The customer ahead of us in line was having trouble with her transaction only one cashier. We waited 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. The manager finally came and helped with the other customer. When she finally helped us there was no apology or acknowledgement of our wait. This store is a black eye on a very lovely shopping center. Such a disappointment.
The staff were very helpful throughout this visit. Things went very fast until checkout. There was no wait, but the transaction took over ten minutes for four of the same item. I
This rating is solely based on this location itself. I enjoy Old Navy as a whole because they have a nice mix of trendy and classic pieces, and you usually can't beat their prices. This location is slightly larger and I like that it's a stand alone. However if you want to not go insane then I suggest you get there the second they open on any day of the week. They are woefully understaffed at this location which leads to insanely long wait times and the store always looking like a tornado went through it. This location specifically could be fantastic due to its size, location, and just because it's Old Navy. However until they are adequately staffed to reduce wait times and keep the store in better condition, it will never rise above 2 stars in my book.
I have never had a good experience and after today's visit I won't go back to this location. Looks like a tornado went through it, NOTHING is where it's supposed to be. While I was there I heard a customer complain that the bathroom or fitting room was literally gross. Then you can guarantee a long wait in line, regardless of how busy it is. Cashiers today chatting about all the clothes they got on sale rather than helping customers. Didn't finish my purchase before they started helping other people. Told me they could order something for me online that they did not have in store. Clearly neither one of them knew how to do this. One of them was training and instead of finishing my transaction, the trainer just left and started helping other people. After making me wait, tell them what product and size it was multiple times, etc. I was told I could not get the online discount because I wasn't buying it online. Even though they were literally going online and ordering it. I could have ordered it myself online much faster. The clincher is NO apologies whatsoever for wasting anyone's time. Probably other people coming on their lunch like I was. There was a young woman with dark hair working there who was busting her butt trying to get the store in order. Good for you girl. Go find a store that appreciates your hard work ethic.
I've seen better Old Navy stores as far as organization and cleanliness. The staff could also be better. It appears these persons were picked off the street to work the registers and attempt to help customers. Very unprofessional and more interested in petting each other's hair at the register than anything else. I would not recommend this store location.
