We've bought 2 cars from them in the last 4 months,  they've now been in the shop a total of 3 times between them- conveniently almost nothing has been covered by the "warranty." And one of them still needs about $400 in repairs. DO NOT buy a car here. The sales department is just a scam to get you to spend more money at their garage.

First impression, cars a a little over priced. That being said they are a company that helps with bad or no credit. So it’s expected. Sales team where all vary polite and professional. The first day I didn’t purchase due to how high the monthly payment was. The next day they reached out saying they’d be able to help relive that cost and we met again. They didn’t haggle or pressure anything onto me. We where able to talk and come to an agreement that we where both okay with. Over all vary good experience. Only complaint I’d have is time management. I did have to wait awhile to get everything finished.

Barry was relaxed, upfront and genuine throughout the entire process. Very personable, and kind. Highly recommend coming to see Barry if you are in the market-terrific price for a great car!

Had a coolant issue with my 2014 escape. They got my car diagnosed and fixed for pretty cheap and fast too considering the volume of work they have! I recommend byryder Florence!!

Very friendly staff. Went above and beyond expectations to help find a vehicle that fit my needs. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Very happy and impressed with service and staff

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve had my vehicle for only two years and it’s been nothing but problems. I’ve taken my car to get looked at multiple different times for the same issue and they misdiagnose it every single time. I figured out the issue through another shop and a friend who is a mechanic. I took it to byrider because they said it was covered. Their mechanic looked at my vehicle and said it was a completely different issue than what was said by 4 other mechanics and that it won’t be covered. They keep misdiagnosing my vehicle and making me pay for it. And whoever the lady is that works for the service department, she’s just completely rude and will keep arguing with you to tell you that you’re wrong and there’s nothing she will do to help. This place is a complete joke.

Come on guys you and I both know the prices on your cars are absolutely ridiculous. Like I’m honestly wondering how you even get away with selling cars like that for example let me give you folks an idea, they have a 2015 8 year old car mazda m5 with 104 thousand miles on it for 18 thousand dollars lol   like what on gods earth even is that price? A in good shape Mazda 5 with that mileage is worth a maximum of 9 grand which means they are doubling what they have into their cars. They are making a ridiculous profit off of their customers and screwing you hardworking people in the long run. Do yourself a favor do not trust this company, run far away and don’t ever fall for these scam artists.

Only thing I got to say is that Donnie done what he told me he could do and he absolutely went above and beyond and got us in the car we wanted 2012 Kia Altima,which we love thanks Donnie and Byrider!!! Highly recommend!! These guys!!

I would recommend anyone to visit this car lot. I would like to thank Josh, Corey & Drew for all their help. I really do appreciate them guys. I will take really good care of my new Jeep. Again thank you guys!!!!

Corey was a pleasure to work with. Super friendly and efficient, answered all of our questions. Had a lovely selection of cars and was an easy process overall.
