Worst service I’ve ever experienced the owner was down right rude not to mention I brought my car in over a random noise it started making and next thing I know they are telling me all kinds of stuff that is wrong with my car so I took it down the street to another shop and all it was a splash guard dragging under my car nothing else
willits garage equipment service WILL NOT ever do any work of any kind in this shop or any other shop owned by Jay Alkeisi. Everytime we have been in that shop to repair any of his lifts or other equipment he refuses to either pay in a timely manner or pay at all. There will be legal action taken. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP DUE TO FAULTY EQUIPMENT USED TO REPAIR VEHICLES.
Sage and his guys took great care of me. Needed a new coil pack. They had me diagnosed and fixed up in hours. I had a great experience.
staff is friendly and very informative and i was impressed by the quality of workmanship and professionalism, reasonable prices and best warranty service imo. Purchased warranty for a really good price for peace of mind will post an update as things come up to insure integrity of this review. however, for now they are officially my regular mechanic shop and I'd strongly recommend them for your automotive needs. Automax towed my vehicle, ordered parts and negotiated a great deal on my behalf, they fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and all I had to do is to hand them the keys. honestly this was the best experience I had with a mechanic shop. it truly is a model for an American small business that knows the nuts and bolts of the automotive industry with high grade customer service.
If I can give them zero stars I would. Got the car they was suppose to give me a new battery and a oil change. Soon as I left and went to the gas station and turn the car off it wouldn’t start. I went back down they claim they put a new battery in. Wake up to go to work car wouldn’t start. Had to go and get a new battery for 180. Then they suppose to put a door handle on the passenger side cause that was missing. Took them a month to fix and when they did that. Everyone you shut the door the whole door panel came off. They suppose to gave me a oil change, didn’t do that cause my truck started knocking and when I Check the oil found out they didn’t have none in it. I still pay every month. I got a new job so my pay day change and went to every 2 weeks so I pay them a 100 until I got my first pay check from my new job. Am getting pay this Friday, but they decide to come and get the car Monday. They couldn’t wait until Friday. I had to wait for y’all to fix the door handle which y’all didn’t fix right. Never got my battery when I cal y’all about me had to buy a new battery y’all suppose to reimburse me, never got it. Still waiting on that oil change. They are full of it, I should had went with my first instinct and went somewhere else. Please don’t go here. Just ask anybody who got a car from them.
The employees there are excellent they try their hardest to get things done in a manner of time I'd like to make customers happy.
Josh is a great salesman, he has gone above and beyond to make my car buying experience amazing. The lady in the office is super nice.. But the mechanics will leave you High and Dry... This is the second time in a week that I have had this car back here. The mechanic lied to me last time, said he repaired my oil leak... All he did was pour a bottle of stop leak in and waist 6hrs of my time. If this is not resolved today I am reporting them to Franklin Auto Commission, BBB, and asking Wave 3 News to do a report.
I wish I can give them a zero. They supposedly have a towing service and they where going to tow my car to Shepherdsville and I trusted the guy. I was in a hurry and gave them my address and they never towed my car . They stole $125 from me but don’t use there towing service they will rob you and won’t give you nothing back
Didn't even have the car 48 hours and the heat shield they they neglected to bolt back on melted while I was driving and it melted on the coil packs and the Cadillac converter was stopped up after they told me it was fine so I get it back and now my starter is out. And they are not wanting to fix it. So I'm contacting Frankfort
This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY from here. The manager Kim will have your car repo for no reason and the owner does nothing to correct it even when you have documentation to prove them wrong on their reason for the repo. I have filed a complaint with the better business Bureau and the repo person stole my daughters debit card out of her wallet and the owner told the employees not to give me the company they used for the repo
