We were ready to purchase, but with a wad of cash in hand couldn't find a salesman to give it to. We also couldn't even do a walk around of the atv we came in to purchase. The showroom is stacked so you can't even see them. After waiting for 30 minutes, salesmen that didn't even acknowledge our existence, (literally not even a hello, just walked past us as we were waiting), we went elsewhere and actually had a good experience. We gladly paid a little more for actual customer service too!

Bought an atv. All the staff had nearly zero interest in selling. Was able to coax one guy into talking about purchasing an atv. He gave me the price which was 100 percent non negotiable. The he left and everyone was getting ready to go to a boat show so they couldn't sell to me. Went back a few days later. The guy there was bitter about not being at boat show. Reluctantly he let me inconvenience him by purchasing the atv. What a dumb purchasing experience. I don't get the attitude of these guys.

If you like rude, and disrespectful sales people, and enjoy being treated like a moron...then you should go here. If not, you may want to find somewhere else to go.

I have purchased 2 new Yamaha jet skis in the past month from J&J. I am very happy with my experience. Rick in the Finance department is a very personable guy. Everything was in order when it got time to do the paperwork and they were more than fair on my trade in. Definitely would buy from again.
