Worst ever, lost my order, it was not on their online site, then claimed it was on a truck, then cancelled it. At least they gave me their money back. Their return policy is must be new condition and within 7 days, so I count myself lucky they gave my money back. Read the reviews, don't buy parts from them online they loose the orders and you will never get the parts.

Good prices, however their website checkout was poor. Need parts for a weekend lake trip so paid for 3 day shipping. A week later I emailed them and they found their issue. Another week went past and I finally got parts. Did they offer to remove shipping charges? Nope. In the meantime I bought locally.

Simply HORRIBLE experience. I order simple gasket for generator - they send wrong one. OK mistakes happen, contact them and 21 days later still not corrected. Then they have the balls to tell me to call the factory to fix their error??? A total joke waste of 3 weeks and the down time.
