wonderful clothing. I have 2 long knit turtleneck dresses I bought at J.Jill 4 years ago and they are still my FAVORITES. I just belt them and go to work or dinner or wherever. I wear them again and again and get complemented. BEAUTIFUL MINIMALIST CLOTHING THAT YOU WEAR OVER AND OVER. I notice they have a new dark turtleneck dress that just came out. I'm definitely going to get it. Love their long tunic pullovers too.

What pathetic customer service! Actually it was nonexistent for me. I was in the store Monday, and was ignored the first few minutes. There were two clerks. One asked the same customer twice if she wanted to start a dressing room. The first time the customer declined, the second she said yes. While I was walking around the store with a sweater in my hand, another customer entered and was greeted and told to let them know if she needed any help. I, on the other hand, was not spoken to until finally one of the clerks looked at the sweater and asked me if I wanted to "put that on." Not, "Do you want me to start a dressing room?", as she had said to the other customer. So I took the sweater back to its rightful place, pulled out my cell phone and took a picture of the two clerks. I told them I was taking their picture so that when I went to headquarters, I could show them who was working that day. I started leaving, got to the door, turned around and pointed to the one I learned later was the store manager and said, "You know it happened." She replied, "Well, I don't think it did, but if it did, I apologize." Too late!!

I still like their clothes, but they have scaled back so much on their stock, there isn't much to pick from. Their catalog shows many more items than can be found in the store.

Really discouraged with store hours. They close earlier than most stores in Bradley Fair. I live out of town & finding it a challenge to get there before closing.

Pretty nice place if you want to look nice in casual clothing . This is clothing for women that are 70+

Like this store because they are helpful without bugging you. Also just a small comfortable nice shop

Great. Helpful but they were ready to close. We cut it too close to closing time.

Selection and quality weren't quite as upscale as I was expecting considering their prices.
