I had a great experience! Dana helped me pick out bras that I was way over due for. Dana helped me find the perfect size and perfect style. She was very kind and welcoming when I walked in. She immediately introduced herself and asked for my name. I felt that she truly wanted to help me find something that was going to fit well and that I would be comfortable in. The bras I bought are great for women with bigger breasts, they are comfortable and supportive! I loved them so much I bought 4, I have never bought so many in one trip.

The help I received in the store was great! However, the day after I was in I tested positive for COVID. I called the store and notified the lady who helped me. Not a bit concerned. I purchased 4 bras and at almost $50 each I expected them to last longer than 4 months. The band stretched out so badly that the bra rides up over the girls. The first one went in the trash today and the others will soon follow. So disappointed.

I'm not great at shopping for intimates. But I needed some better items for the nicer wardrobe I have built this past year. The staff was caring, not-pushy, kind and helpful. The atmosphere is romantic and not overwhelming with products. They do the basics really well. I was really impressed with the quality that I was able to purchase and their point system is very reasonable. Thank you!

My mom and I were very satisfied with the COVID precautions, customer service, and product quality at Soma. Even though they were really busy, my associate Sophia was very attentive and checked in with me regularly to give me a great fitting and provide me with many supportive options and returning to make sure I went home with the correct fit. I live in Chicago and they were able to order and ship the correct size I needed to my house. If you call and order or go into a brick and mortar location, you will be able to save on shipping! Had a very pleasant experience here today. Brooke is awesome! She was helpful and knowledgeable and took care of everything so well it was like having a personal valet making sure things were just perfect. Good for her! The store is lucky to have her. All of the items were very nice of course and the store was clean and orderly, always a plus too!

I really enjoyed my experience here. I got fitted very quickly, and Hanna was an amazing employee! She pulled several different styles for me to try on and even exchanged some for a different size/color. I really love my bras and underwear from Soma!

I love Soma! Their bras and clothing are life changing. No joke. I will NEVER buy another Victoria Secret or Target bra again. Their bras fit how a bra should fit and address real woman issues vanishing back bra and t-shirt bra. Additionally, the women at the Soma in Bradley Fair are great. Carol is amazing. I had an issue with a bra I had bought 2 months earlier 1st issue ever and after being a customer for 6 years. Not only did Carol take care of it for me, but didn't make me feel awful for bringing it to her attention. I always refer my friends to Soma, and they love them too.

Both of my visits to this store were great experiences. Maria helped me on my first visit. She was prompt to help me, professional and listened to my concerns. On my second visit Jan greeted me as I entered the store and was very attentive. Jan was also very professional and extremely helpful. She was very patient with my numerous questions and knowledgeable in her replies.
