J & L Medical Services is the first medical supply company we have had to deal with as this is all new to us, they were recommended to us by my mom's pulmonologist office and I am happy we tried them. From the customer service staff to the delivery guy that came to my mom' all have been knowledgeable, helpful and patience. We have always receive our refill/tank on time, I called to ask about a conserving device and the customer service lady was knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you J & L!

We were trying to get oxygen from a local distributor for a week. One phone call to J & L and it was delivered to our house that day, even though we are in Waterford, CT. Very caring, knowledgeable people from the people we spoke with on the phone to the man that made the delivery.

Not happy with the service. I called to order supplies which they led me to believe would be at my house in 7-10 days. It is now more than 2 weeks and I called to check and they say they are waiting for insurance verification. I cancelled the ordered and ordered the same supplies online and they will be here in 2 days. Thanks for Nothing J & L.

We have had them out to our house at 2 a. m. to replace the complete in home oxygen machine in a blinding snow storm! They have been awesome! A bit quick to ask for money sometimes and often double bill, but that is the billing department and not the service.
When we first started using their company over two years ago, we had no idea of how to work anything. Now, I can dismantle and remantle my husband's in home machine. When we travel, it goes with us! Using a hand truck has certainly helped. We have dealt with leaking tanks and faulty regulators. In the first six months I would panic, now I just deal with whatever issues arise. I have learned that any outward anxiety on my part puts my husband in a panic and makes it more difficult for him to breathe, so my staying calm is a must. It's nice to know that J & L will be there when and if we need them! For that peace of mind, I can't "Thank You" enough!

These guys are terrbile. I have been having problems with my existing air supply equipment. I have been calling them for a week straight and am forced to leave voicemails for them to get back to me. And when I finally got through to them, they told me that they have already processed my order! Unbelievable! I was not happy with the existing equipment that they sent me. And now they will charge me for for this unwanted stuff till I can return this unwanted equipment back to them. These are unprofessional workers on the other line who have no idea how to deal with REAL customers. DO NOT waste your TIME AND MONEY! Its better to find an alternative supplier on the web or in another City.
