Recently, I had bought from this company and received my medical products without any aberration. Can trust them to do a repurchase. However, for first time buyer you may need to take note that you are required to provide some sort of verification when buying with credit card. Bottom line is sign up, verify your credential before you make any purchase as they may debit from your credit card for any product you send to the shopping cart. Happy Shopping!

This company is amazing! I recently spoke with Cindy about an issue I was having with a stroller purchased through them a year ago (I couldn't even find the order number for this thing) and she was so helpful. She was able to find my order, and the issue was easily resolved. I will definitely be ordering through Medicaleshop again.

Dealing with citizens that are in need of special rehab care, I have searched and searched companies willing to answer the questions presented to me by disabled people. I was extremely delighted to have my messages returned by this company. Although I was starting at ground zero, the customer service team worked with me to provide the best knowledge and the best products for those HempCT helps. I have revisited this company for many others and will continue. They even offered a slight discount for those in financial distress as well as a discount for returning as a customer. I, as well as the people I work for, are extremely grateful.

I am School Social Worker who is thrilled with this company. One of my families received a grant and the mother badly wanted a stroller for her darling baby girl. The Convaid Strollers are very expensive and this was our one shot! I called the company and they were willing to significantly discount the wheelchair so that this mother and her child could use the grant funding to get the chair. I cannot thank this customer enough! Literally within hours the employee had emailed me an invoice with all the adaptations we needed at the exact cost we needed.
