The lady was very rude and unhelpful. I will never use this place again nor will i ever recommend any one to this place.

I was in need of an item for my husband who had just had hip replacement surgery. I contacted RVNA and asked if they knew of a medical supply house that could accommodate our need. They made a call to Medical Home Care and spoke with Bruce who said he had the item and would be able to deliver it to our house the next day. We were at Hospital for Special Surgeries in NYC and I was bringing my husband home the next day so was unable to get to their store myself to pick the item up. When I contacted Bruce 10 minutes later he said there was no way he could deliver it the next day and was extremely curt and rude. His entire demeanor was inappropriate. For someone who is in the home health care arena supplying medical equipment for those in need, I expected better. I searched on my own to find the item we needed. I am surprised he would act that way considering the fact that he had a repoire with RVNA. I would not suggest using this company.

Very helpful in getting a wheelchair for my wife. They took care of all of the paperwork and insurance filing.
