Connecticut Surgical Supplies

Anyone who buys ANYTHING like life-saving surgical supplies just to save a few dollars is being ridiculous! Come on! Isn't your life more important than that??? Doug and his staff are super! He offers advice, goes through step-by-step of everything he sells, and patiently explains the product to the customer. That to me is worth more than money--it is reassurance I bought the right thing and I know how to use it. Not many people like Doug around--you cannot go wrong buying from him. Doug, thanks again for your help!

called and asked the guy if they had a piece of equipment I needed desperately. He said YES. Went all the way there with a broken ankle and learned they dont deal with Blue Cross because they cant get a rate for the item from them. Really? you make that your customers problem? be a business man, call them and work it out. Other places do. Do you know how difficult it was for me to get in the car and go there injured? So I went home and bought it outright on Amazon. Brought it right to my door in 2 days. No tax or shipping. And then they wonder why.

Having checked them out earlier, went with my 92 year-old mother to get her a new rollator-type walker. Both Doug and Ken were very patient and very helpful as she asked questions, tried out three different models, weighed the pros and cons of each and finally decided after probably 45 minutes. They steered her gently to what I thought was the right choice from the beginning but let her make the decision rather than pushing her in any way. She came away delighted with the experience, and I came away grateful for their exceptional service.

The prices in this store so crazy... I paid one item $7 dollar each.. on Internet the same item cost 0,70 cent... crazy!!!
