Outstanding customer service! Steve went out of his way to accommodate an urgent request. When we realized another family member had taken care of it he put the pieces together and called back to confirm it was the same request. His follow-through was fantastic and the fact that they were able to fulfill the request was extraordinary.

Truly a hidden gem. I recently purchased a lift chair from Caldwells and was blown away with the knowledge and customer service I received from every employee that helped me. I refuse to do business with anyone else, a true mom and pop shop.
