‼EDIT‼ Took my truck to go get repaired when it was time for me to get my truck i noticed over spray all over the windows,tail lights,Bedliner. Took it back they re did their work and still didn’t do the job right that rock chipping layer was sprayed right over the clear coat of the truck. Would give it no if I could ‼EDIT‼ They reached out to me on getting my truck repaired and of course I decided to accept it. I took my truck 2 days later after getting the call and for him to tell me bring it back later because he was busy to bring it back next week after Memorial Day. I called Tuesday the day after Memorial Day to see when I was able to take it in and I was met with he’s not here ATM I’ll tell him to give you a call back later never received a call that whole day. My wife calls Wednesday afternoon asking for the owner and a guy says he’s on lunch we will tell him to give you a call when he gets back….. Never received the call back from them and my truck stays the sameServices: Body & Trim

I went to a larger collision shop and they scheduled me out 2 weeks before they would even LOOK not repair my vehicle. J Willis looked at my vehicle and provided an estimate in less than 5 minutes. Less than a week later during the holidays the part came in and my car was fixed. They were friendly, professional and very expedient. Decided to use this shop based on a recommendation I received. I blew a tire on my truck and it caused a decent amount of damage to the body of the truck. Originally tried to work with a different shop but was not able to get a repair lead time so I decided to go with J Willis. From the time I dropped my truck off, I was given an estimated time for repairs and had my truck back in two weeks. I will have to bring it back to have a fender flare installed but this was originally on backordered. I appreciated being able to get my truck back and not have it siting at their shop waiting on a part that doesn't affect the safe driving ability of the truck. Zero complaints about the repairs made. Truck came back good as new. They also worked with my insurance. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. They are all good people and the owner makes sure all his customers are taken care of.Services: Welding

I had some damage on my Lexus, and the dealership body shop was extremely backed up, so I asked the guy at the front and he gave me the Willis Autobody number. When I got there they were able to work me in right away, and I got to watch and ask questions which they answered very patiently and enthusiastically the entire time they were working on it! At the end it looked fantastic, and I will only be using these guys for now on!Service: Painting

I waited so long to post this, because I didn’t want to give them bad reputation and give them a chance to make things right. But after emailing and calling and leaving messages to get no response back it’s finally time to leave a review. These guys damaged my car in the process of repair installed things incorrectly, lack of communication, made me come back multiple times to tell them the exact same thing. Had to point out additional things to add to insurance supplement that were painfully obvious. Had to make them fix mistakes upon “completion” and still left flaws. Overall I felt that they did not take enough pride in their work. I’m hoping they will get back to me once they see the review and I will change it then. So if you care about your car or at least its resale value I wouldn’t recommend this body shop at this time. I’m sorry to the owner because he seemed like a nice guy, but apparently not nice enough to get back to me.Services: Body & Trim

Would give 10 stars if possible. Stopped in late on a Friday afternoon to get advice for something stuck to my paint. They immediately began to clean it off and also buffed/polished the paint after cleaning it. Absolutely went above and beyond my initial reason to stop in. Can’t recommend them enough!!

Definitely recommend this place! Great service, I had a problem with my splash shield and they fixed it in less than 30 mins. 10/10

If your looking for an amazing body shop that doesn't require money down or an appointment for an estimate, this is the place. These guys are excellent, quick and make repairs a simple process and all of us know getting into an auto accident is never simple.
