I like coming to this Jack in the Box, they are really nice, they let me use their restroom...when I do order, I always ask for extra crispy bacon, and sometimes I don't get it... that part is a bit disappointing, but it's ok, I still come here all the time.Food: 3/5
I CLEARLY said extra lettuce and tomato. They wrote it down correctly. But what's the point if the cook is going to get it wrong? It's too late to go back to fix this. Normally, they get it right, but this is the second time in the row where they change my food into something I clearly didn't ask for. Last time they added onions when I never asked.
Sometimes it's really good but they hate their jobs and you can tell in the food. Pay them more you cheapskates.Food: 3/5

I go here once in a long while just for breakfast. Sometimes take my son for his usual chicken tenders. They are always have very quick service. Vegetarian options: I always ask for my breakfast sandwich with no meat. I wish there were a bit more options but that's ok. Kid-friendliness: They have lots of meals that are suitable for kids

Nice staff. Forgot to ask for sweet and sour so ate a dry, slightly overcooked egg roll, but for the price I'm good, plus it was late.
Food is always cold. They never get my order right. Went again, still cold food and they forgot some of my order!
