I had an issue with my online order via the app. I ordered for a specific time to be picked up. An hour before it was to be ready I get a text message it was ready to be picked up at the counter. Sure enough when I get there it has been sitting there for an hour. I tell the worker at the register about it and they look for another associate to help out. As the associate just started their shift I asked for their manager. I tell the manager Sonia of the issue and she quickly has a new order prepared. She has been very helpful at this branch compared to another branch I used to go. Within 10 minutes my new order was ready. It seems that the Taco Bell app has had issues as Sonia had been telling many others had multiple issues. If you plan to use the app just know to order and puck it up asap.
Dined in and customized two burritos. Both were done right and had a good amount of filling. Service was fast and courteous. The place was clean and kept up.Food: 5/5
I live down the street from this Taco Bell location I try to make my fast food experience as smooth as possible with mobile ordering and if I have to pay extra to get my food right I will there’s no problem but for the past months I’ve been ordering the crunchwrap it’s not a surprise there hardly any meat in it so I always order extra but it seems like I still never get any meat at all it’s usually a dry wrap with sour cream and a bunch of lettuce it’s very disappointing I would have to drive to the next closest Taco Bell to get a decent Crunchwrap I’m not sure what the problem is at this Taco Bell location but I advised you no to spend your money here you will be hugely disappointing and still end up craving what you just ordered because the food quality is not there I have nothing bad to say about the staff or the service it’s the food the most important part of a restaurant food is what should be most important and that’s definitely what’s lacking the most THE FOOD QUALITY AT THIS LOCATION IS BAD… DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED
First off it says they open on Google at 7 am but when I got there at 7:05 the Doors were locked and they claimed "The Food won't be ready for 25 Minutes" so I waited until 7:30. Once that Time came the Doors were still locked and none of the Employees bothered to let me know when they would open. By far the worst Restaurant experience I've ever had. I wouldn't have been there in the first Place had a Family Member not wanted this Junk Food.
All out of napkins, straws, and utensils. Plus slow service. The rest of the food is good but i asked for JUST a cheese and beef burrito, and asked if it had nothing more. But it still did. Full of stuff i didn’t ask for.
Just came here for a quick bite after a long trip. I only ever get the bean and.cheese burritos the pintos n cheese and the rice cup. It's always my go to here. Vegetarian options: Bean and cheese burritos, pinto n cheese cup, rice cup.
Horrible the food was cold I was in like for 10 min an I get home I’m 4 min away cold as food I hate that is like that do you guys have a heat lamp or something only thing was warm was my nacho cheese this is not it taco step it up
Ingredients we're not consistent. Less meat on chulpa, with a lot of tomatoes and lettuce. Bell Grande nachos also less meat and nacho cheese sauce, more chips.Food: 4/5
Service was very friendly food was a little cold but it was still enjoyable.Food: 4/5
This place claims to be open at 7am, but they refuse to serve you at this time because "food" isn't made yet. Why bother saying you are open then? Maybe start "making" food before you open. The way most restaurants work. It's disappointing when you have to go to work and you go to a place that is supposed to serve you and you are told no. Guess other restaurants are the way to go.
