I don't like to leave bad reviews.. it was okay, definitely not great.. the staff is always very friendly, that's the only positive. The last time we ordered here, we came late at night and there weren't any other customers in line. 24 hr location We waited a very long time for my breakfast sandwich and the rest of our order was so bad... Everything was so overcooked.... The nuggets were very odd looking. The burger was overcooked. The bun on my chicken sandwich was hard. They offered us a free chocolate cake for the wait which was really nice. But then they forgot to give us my breakfast sandwich that we waited so long for lol. So my husband had to go back and get it. I was so disappointed... The sandwich was so bland and overcooked... I don't know if some of the people working here are new or not. I also saw a roach running alongside the door opening on the inside.... I'm sorry but at least the cashiers are always very friendly and attentive.
Was asked to wait 10 minutes so i did in the parking lot went to order after waiting the 10 minutes and was told it was going to be another 10 minutes. I told them i had already waited the first 10 minutes like they had asked me to. Finally ordered and waited for another 10+ minutes to receive my food. This is not the first time this issue has happened. I was told originally that if I wanted to order through uber there wasn't going to be a first 10 minute wait. Had to repeat the order several times and they still got it wrong, and it was literally 2 meals. Kept saying short staffed and I couldn't even get my receipt they said they needed it until I got my food. Spend more money on staff instead of advertising
I don’t understand how no matter what time of day or night, you are always forced to park at the front to get your food, I’ve lived in the area for years and this is a recent thing. Everytime i think oh it’s not busy there’s no one in the drive through they STILL make you park up front to get your food, every single time even at 12am, and it’s not like a quick park you wait anywhere from like 10-20 minutes EVERY time & stop making these kids work by themselves at this time of night in this area ANYWAY.
Glad we waited 23 minutes for them to mess up our order.. i dont know if that kids working the whole restaurant alone but they need to get him some help. There were only two customers in nearly a half hour so I’m impressed it took so long to mess up an order. Also can we please update the prices on the menu??? I have no clue how the posted price is around $6 and i end up paying close to $9 at the register
From 3/11/23, the young lady at the register was on her phone. She looked up at me with this look of disgust as if I was interrupting something important. After ringing up my food, she proceeds to crumple up the receipt before I could even ask for it. The young African-American male that she was talking with proceeded to just set my food on the counter instead of handing it to me before walking off to the back. I even said Thank you to these guys and didn't get anything back. I bet if I went in there being rude, that would have got their attention. Needless to say, this is the last time I'll ever set foot in this Jack in the Box, especially knowing that other Jack in the Box stores have much better service.
The only thing, that I can say is that. The staffs should know how to please customers. Smile at least and be sensitive with customers. Know what they want. And what makes them happy.Food: 5/5
I got charged 2xs for my order. Tried to call no answer left a message. No call back nothing. I went online to get my money back. No answer no call nothing. What kind of business are you running? In reply to your response. I have already done that 3 days prior to review and also today 6/20.
There is no customer service here at this Jack in the box. I come here in the morning after work. And I get treated like a homeless person In my uniform. I don't appreciate being treated this way We'll no longer come to this jack in the box. What Jack in the box needs to do is put their employees into a customer service training and they need to graduate.
We were picking up a customer order at this location on Russell and Boulder Hwy and one of the workers was outside on break or something and came back in and didn't wash his hands when returning to work to handle foodFood: 1/5
This is the location closest to my home so I have been here many times. I have also done pickups here for a food delivery app. This location has never disappointed me with their top notch service, the employees are always pleasant and helpful regardless of what I am picking up for. The food has always been prepared as expected it is fast food not gourmet and that is as it should be. The atmosphere here is inviting because it is always clean and well kept in dining room and what I can see of the kitchen. With all of that said, I can recommend going to this location for a good meal in a clean restaurant with pleasant employees.
