Post COVID, the dining area was dirty and smelled of stagnant water. Only a couple of chairs and tables. Food was Luke warm and the fries were hard and cold! Food Bourne illness waiting to strike! I would like to say that I am being fair and always try to find the positives but, there were none this time!

Worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to. Lady was very snippy and every time I said an order she remained silent for nearly 3 minutes before finally demanding if I wanted anything else, not repeating my order back to me, very rude, ignoring me completely, and then sending me to park in front to get the food even though I was one of two people in line and I’ve been here for 20 minutes waiting, and the door is locked. Wouldn’t recommend if you want your order within the next 30 years. 2 people already gave up waiting and left.

I asked the service provider at the drive thru how her day was. She was Very rude. "JUST Order your food!" 8/30/2022 at 630pm. I was about to spend 30 to 40 dollars on food. But with a customer service provider with an attitude like that. I will go to McDonalds, Wendy's or anywhere else. I asked when the lobby was open. She said Never. So disrespect

For more than a few months now I have gone to try and order food from this location.  I'm not a big breakfast food eater but when I asked, was assured I can order any food from the menu at any time.  However, consistently when I try to order anything but breakfast food in the early morning 'm told the frier is broken so we can't make your order.  I wanted a hamburger and onion rings.  No matter when I come in the morning the damn frier is broken per the drive thru person.  DON'T GO HERE apparently their equipment is so bad they can't serve customers what they want when they want.

Managers need to do better job of supplying their staff with the correct amount of food. Everytime I come here now they are sold out of everything. Including their tacos!!

Frys are always cold even if you ask for fresh ones you don't get them

Extremely slow and unprofessional staff. I see Burgers sitting on the shelve.and we've been waiting for twenty minutes. Then he walks over picks up one of the burgers. Put's in a bag with some fries. and off I go. Fry's we're hot. Burger was cold.

Drive through for me only. Very fast service and good tasting food.Food: 5/5

I love this place the best thing on the menu is the chicken teriyaki bowl number 16Food: 5/5

Closed 20 minutes early and let us sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes and didn’t say anything until we pulled up to the window then they lied and said it’s 10 when it was only 9:50 I usually have great experiences with jack in the box but this one is terrible
