Ordered a chai tea latte with a cinnamon garnish , and it tasted terrible. I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops/cafes to get this same drink and this place was the worst. There wasn’t any flavor, it tasted like I was drinking hot water with cinnamon in it.
Good coffee. Finally, found a place serving cafe latte.
Pleasant and capable, Jack’ serves good coffee but needs a seating area at Hudson Yards. The standing counters are insufficient.
The place is not very big but it is nice and the coffee is great.
Too expensive. Coffee sucks.
