Story

I started selling real estate in 1996 in Anchorage, Alaska and was awarded for my
commitment to my community and customer service with three awards through 1998. I became a top producer for my company in 1999 and have maintained that status through 2014.

I now have 19 years experience selling homes in Alaska. I work with all price ranges from small condos or land to over million dollar priced homes. I love the diversity of my clients and the different homes they choose. The diversity helps me to know the entire market as opposed to a niche market area.

I have a vast knowledge of new construction as well. I have worked with The Thomas Company Builder for 17 years exclusively. I do the interior design of his homes as well as lot selection. I then work with buyers to customize the house to their dream home.

My business is usually split between buyers and sellers as well.

Tyler Kalbfleisch was great to work with for my townhouse sale in Anchorage. I live out of state and needed to rely on him to handle everything on site for me, and he did. He really stepped up when the snow started to fall and the furnace wasn't working- yikes! I know at times I frustrated him, and I appreciate his patience and his counseling, he is good at what he does. Now that all is signed and done with, I will miss Tyler calling with updates, to tell me everything is going to be okay. I recommend him for real estate needs.
Billy Worthy was our Realtor and he is amazing! He had an impressive knowledge of the area, friendly, excellent communication, and great processes in place to help first time home buyers feel comfortable. I would highly recommend him!
Noemi was amazing! She was patient with us as we navigated the housing market and had a few starts and stops on houses. We may have been a little instant times but she stuck with us.
