They recommended and only replaced 1 coil pack of 3 - the others were visibly burnt when I checked it myself and I had to get someone else to do the job when I paid them $100 an hour in labor. They put the spark plugs wires in the wrong firing order so my car kept stalling. They said they'd do a diagnostic for $30 instead of $60 but they failed to notice all three front spark plugs were burnt out, the above problems, my serpentine belt was bad and they forgot to put the engine cover back on!

Beware of change: i have been taking my vehicles to Camp Hill location for almost 20 years and loved the place. Yesterday i encountered a new manager of the place who tried very hard to rip me off. They called and told me $660 to change my spark plugs. I called dealer, who usually is much higher, and they offered same service for $400. I called back and manager told me they would match. My question, what does this say about their new pricing strategy.....Rip you off and then, if and only if you push back, offer you market price. SHAME ON YOU TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE.

First impression matters! Excellent customer service. I went in there with the TPMS light on, not knowing exactly what to expect. They took the car in immediately and within 15-20 minutes, they had the car ready. They explained that they had to adjust all the tires to the right pressure.

Went in to get two tires repaired because i picked up two small nails. Lady at the desk seemed a little annoyed with my request and immediately started grilling me as to where the nails were located. Instead getting up from behind the counter and walking the extremely long distance of 20 feet to see for herself she proceeded to essentially try to find a way to not do the work telling me that they won’t do anything past the trend line next to the tire wall. Continued to try to explain to me where the nails had to be..... again instead of just looking at it herself. Little did she know i have previous worked in the car business for years and i know exactly what needed to be done and had seen this exact repair done 100’s of times. After the run around i left and drove down the road a couple miles to firestone and was greeted warmly and then the service writer immediately walked out of the shop with me across the large parking lot where i had parked and took a look for himself and informed me as i suspected that the repair would be able to be done easily! They got me on the schedule for the afternoon and did a great job! Now after all is said done i would strongly recommend you not use this rag tag, rude place instead run down the road anywhere else becaue these people obviously don’t care about customers. Also again-little did that lady know that i also needed to schedule an inspection, tire rotate, and full synthetic oil change in my other vehicle which i then scheduled at Firestone, not to mention the $2500 dollars in tires i needed to purchase for my other vehicle. Firestone now has all that business thanks to the brunette curly haired lady at the desk at jack Williams. Had she just taken a few minutes to help me and find out what my needs where she would have thousands of my business and continued business for years to come as i just moved into the area. Stay away from this place!

Very friendly and helpful. I have never felt like they were trying to sell me something I didn't need and the prices are fair
