Poor service, spent $300 and left with the same problem and it was even worse. Took it to a dealer and they repaired it for half of that and it works perfectly now. Update, I sent them a letter expressing my dissatisfaction and they could not even so much as call and apologize or attempt to make it right in any way. I'm not sure how to change the rating I gave them at two stars but it should be one star or 0 if that's possible they will never get any of my business again

My fiance and I went here to get our first new used car together. The experience was amazing. So much better than going to an actual dealership. All they want is to make a sale and don't care about you or your feelings. Ted was amazing. He was very helpful, friendly and didn't B's us. Definitely will be going back. We are in love with our new car. Thanks again.

I bought a great condition Cadillac with good price.There's no hidden problem.Ted is a very sincere dealer. With his help you can easily get your ideal car. On the whole. It's a great deal.

I have now purchased my second car from Strohl and must stand up for this wonderful family owned business! Doug went above and beyond when it came to finding me the car I wanted to replace my first one that was totalled this past summer. He worked with me to keep my payments where I wanted them and kept communication with me throughout the entire process. The entire dealership is full of friendly people and everyone is always willing to go the extra mile for their customers. And as an added bonus they provide free inspections for the lifetime of your car if you buy it from them! Name brand dealerships are great and all but there is always an tangle for them to make more money, but when I deal with Ted and Doug I feel like I'm treated like a real person and not and addition to the numbers. Thank you all for another incredible and STRESSFREE car buying experience!!!

Great pricing and variety on cars. Bought a car with no need to negotiate pricing as the price was below NADA and rated well on Cargurus. Also, they worked with us on timing, since we were waiting on a check from our insurance company. No checking with the manager 5 times here! Quick and easy.
