Kost Tire & Auto Service

Great customer service and wonderful Management.....this is the only auto mechanic place that I go to.....they do such a great good job and they have you in and out in a couple of hours if they are busy....their prices are reasonable too. Thanks Dino for a wonderful job that you and your staff are doing at Kost....I will recommend this place to anyone.

Kost is the absolute worst! With my last car they told me repeatedly the tire tread was "too aggressive" and that was what was causing my whole car to shake after 60. I bought 3 sets of tires and even a new set of rims on their recommendation and everything just made it worse. I found a local garage the told me my axle was out of round. Now with my new car, still being under warranty the dealership had to take it to kost for an alignment after work was done. 6 hours we waited for them to mess up the alignment. Then we are told to bring it back the next day. We did another 6 hours later (we were there when they opened) they still messed it up. We went to mavis and paid out of pocket and haven't had a problem since. The management and front desk at kost is very unprofessional. I understand they are there to sell tires, but how do you mess up an alignment and after 3 sets of tires still say the car shaking is from the tires?

The guys here will take great care of your vehicle. The prices are very fair and the shop is always clean. This is the place that you can trust. They will NEVER rip you off.

I started bringing my car here last year and haven't gone anywhere else since. The customer service is phenomenal. They are fair, quick, and friendly. They always do a great job on my car which is the main reason why I continue to come to them. I can trust that they are doing a great job regardless of what is getting done to my car. I am always satisfied with the work and price.

Guys in the front have always been super friendly, helpful & honest with me, great sense of humor too...i got a great deal on 4 new tires today buy 3 get 1 FREE & they had my car in & out pretty fast. I wish i could remember both front guys names Mike & the dark haired guy thanks 4 everything & young guy who mounted my tires thank u as well. I highly recommend KOST for ALL ur tire needs from fixing a flat to buying brand new ! 2 thumbs up 😊
