This firm was wonderful to work with. They were very accommodating and went out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I drove in from two hours away and they were very respectful of my time and was very efficient getting all the paperwork knocked out. They also actually did better for me then their quote on the phone....how refreshing!!!! Kudos to Mike, Adam, Bob and the entire staff.....I'll look forward to working with them again in the future!!! So nice to know that there are people like them out there in this business!!!

Wow. I wish I had bought all of my cars here. Even though I live in Virginia, the purchasing process couldn't have been easier. Mike and his team provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Although most of our communication was done via email, I never felt like I was left waiting for a response. (And Mike followed up his emails with phone calls on several occasions - just to make sure I didn't have any questions.) While they couldn't provide shipment of the car we purchased, they were able to suggest some companies that they had worked with before. Within 10 days of my first email, I was the owner of a 2011 Saab 9-5 - and I couldn't be happier. Everything was just as advertised - a clean, low mileage, well-performing car. There was one minor glitch with the air conditioning - nothing that either one of us could have anticipated - and Mike responded immediately with an offer to work with our mechanic to fix the problem at no cost to us. Fortunately, it was such a minor adjustment that our mechanic didn't even submit a bill. I can't recommend these guys enough. They could've very well signed off on all responsibility the minute they transferred the title, but they stayed touch with me to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. I also loved the fact that the car was fairly priced and all of their fees were up front and incredibly reasonable. As crazy as it sounds, the next time we need a car, I'm going to look 5 1/2 hours north to IAS before I go to anyone in town. Try them out. You won't be disappointed.

Mike is awesome. I recently purchased a 2013 Lexus GS 350. I shopped around a lot and I currently work at a Toyota dealership in Virginia. I made the trek out to purchase this vehicle because of the price and apparent condition of the vehicle. Mike settled my concerns by providing multiple pics of the undercarriage of vehicle. I know I wasn’t the easiest to work with, but Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. No pressure at all, and was very willing to help me feel comfortable buying my car. I love my car and it is in superb condition! Thanks for everything to the whole staff at Integrated Automotive Service!

I got my car here haven’t had any problems yet. They are a reliable trustable car dealership. Amazing service not pushy yet friendly and helpful. Will do the best they can to give you a great deal! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new whip! 😎
