The only reason why I went here was because my brother gave me four snow tires that were only use once, and said that he had purchased them from Kost Tire & Auto Service. I had to go there Twice for mounting the four tires, because I was kinda conned, or maybe strongly influenced to have much more work done than wanted or required to have done at that point in time. First, I only wanted four snow tires installed, and was subjected to a bill of over $750.00 This included a new tire that had to be ordered and installed on another day because the one tire had a nail very close to the side wall. Ok, I'll give them the benefits of the doubt on that particular item. Then when it came in there to get the new tire, and get it installed, the man behind the desk couldn't remember me, nor that I had already paid for the tire including mounting and balancing, JUST A FEW DAYS BEFORE!!!! When I refreshed his memory, my vehicle was taken in, and I was conned into a rear break job, even though my inspection was coming up in two months. Why the hell didn't they just inspect it at that point! I will NOT ever go there ever again unless I have no other choice to get something done. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!! And there prices such the big high hard one to boot!!!!!

Friendly staff. I usually make an appointment and let them know my time restrictions. I usually drop my car off when I can but that isn't required by any means. They never do work without my authorization which is a must for me. Parking is a bit tight but I still always take my cars here.

Amazing service! Jim Wood was very helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. My car was finished in the time quoted, fixed correctly, the work was explained to me, and the customer service went above and beyond. I was hesitant to go back to Kost because of the very sub par work and awful customer service I received in the Wilkes Barre location, but I'm very glad I gave them another shot and went to the Kingston location. I'm definitely a customer for life at the Kingston location, thank you again!

Great service. Always have been treated well. They call and get approval for any extra items and get the work done quickly.
