Kost Tire & Auto Service

Wish I could give zero stars!! We purchased a set of four tires at this Kost Tires location. We were never asked if we wanted an alignment - we assumed that this was included as part of the service. Less than a year later the two back tires are defective and worn. The vehicle they were installed on is very lightly used to begin with so this extent of wear is nowhere near normal. They refused to do anything for us to compensate for the defective tires they sold us, and they did not even have the same tire to replace them anyway. They had marked our invoice that we had refused the alignment - this is NOT the case - the alignment was never even mentioned to us!! Very shady that this business is willing to lie on a customer's invoice to avoid doing extra work then refusing to compensate said customer after they have trouble with the product. We will NEVER be returning to this location ever again and will spend my hard earned money elsewhere!!

Ryan has made my experience of buying rims and tires for my sons car very easy. He has walked me through the steps, placed the order and even got me approved for financing. His professionalism on how he conducts himself is very refreshing. Ive done business at Kost for years and never had a problem with their staff, but I never had them do anything other than basic stuff that I could make decisions on my own. Highly recommended...I dont feel misguided by them as I have with other shops in the area.

I have visited this establishment numerous times. I am very sceptical when it come to mechanics and they have not only made me feel at ease that have taken me out into the garage to show me issues with my vehicle so I was at ease that they were being honest with me. I highly recommend them for your automotive needs. Friendly staff and clean and bright waiting room.

Bought tires for 550.00 dollars. Called thurs. To make appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Desk told me they don't make appointments. But asked if I bring it in Friday or Sat. They could knock it right out. Go there sat morning an the desk guy tells me there swamped and don't know when they will be able to get to it. I told him forget it. Called back 20 minutes later and ask for appointment for tire rotation. Desk guy tells me when do you need it done? I said asap. He says if you bring it over now I can have it done in 30 minutes. So it went from swamped I don't know when we will be able to get to it to I can have it done in thirty minutes in 20 minutes time. Desk guy tells me over the phone that you stormed out of here so fast that I didn't get to tell you that we could have it done in thirty minutes. Liar! You told me when I was there that you didn't know when you will be able to get to it. Won't be going back here for tires. Vey poor past customer service. Desk guy lies to your face and over the phone. They make your free tire rotation a big hassle. Only care about selling tires.

Had an issue with a flat tire they fix it immediately and they guaranteed a low tire prices in Brodheadsville PA there's a at least four of them around cheapest take my word for it good service good morning on the tire
