I'm a one man blacksmithing operation, which makes me small fish in an enormous pond judging by the scale of their operation here. I was expecting to be an annoyance with my small requests considering my past reception at other large steel yards, but they really took the time to answer my questions, and treated me as a valued customer. I can't think of any incentive they have besides human decency to treat me so well, but I won't look a gift horse in the mouth! I look forward to working with them for years to come.
