Midwest Steel and Aluminum

I ordered some steel flat bar online 2 weeks ago. I called the next day to see when I was able to pick up the steel. They said they had to order the 3/8x1 1/2 flat bar. So I waited a week called them again and the said it just arrived and the order should be ready the next day. I called the next day, the order still had not been filled. I have called everyday for the last week and they keep telling me that it is not ready. I called again yesterday the person said they would go see where my order was at and would call me back. I still have not recieved a call back on my order. They have never call, emailed to tell me my order was not complete. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will take my money someplace else next time even if I have to pay more for the order. Not sure how they stay in business.

Im located 3 hours north and was in need of some 4x6 steel beams. Their price was lower than my local steel dealer. Low enough for me to tow a trailer 3 hours 1 way and still save money even after fuel. When i got there there was a very brief wait to get loaded as there was another customer being helped. I was able to back my trailer under the overhead crane. Making loading the beams fast and easy! The guy who helped load the beams even offered to help strap them down. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat!!!!
