@Jacob Spielberg. You purchased a used machine from a third party. Your facility has had multiple issues supplying clean power and air which is not the fault of our machinery. Each time we have tried to help you remotely, your staff continues to have issues following the most basic of trouble shooting instructions.
Lady who is describing us as a “ignorant staffing” was kindly asked to wear a mask during a job interview. She refused to do so and left pretty upset. Who is ignorant now ?
wish i could give 0 stars, customer service after sale is the worst ever. about to sell our 3 pieces of equipment for scrap and buy something else.
Worst service and machinery every bought. Avoid at all costs.
