Terrible management, foreman hired from outside the shop with zero experience because the only qualification required is a two year degree, foreman's and management abuse their power to favor certain employees and hurt others. Starting pay is $13/hr the most you'll ever make in the shop is about $20/hr in 2020. its a union shop but your union brothers would rather throw you under the bus then stand by by your side, even the union manager tries to favor the company's side because he doesn't wanna fight for his members. All in all chances of this place being around in the next 10 years is slim to none I highly advise you look elsewhere for employment and your steel needs if you're a customer
