I liked the scarf collection but the staff might want to consider what impact he or she has on sales and reviews.When a customer approaches the counter and the cashier doesn't look up from the cell phone even after being spoken to doesn't promote a welcoming atmosphere

The store was large and had plenty of variety. However, they overcharged me for several items. And on one of my boxes it said $6.99 I was charged an extra dollar and I realize when I got home that the manager had even remove part of the price from the box without my knowledge. Never ever going there again. Can't trust them

This site has a weird odor. The ppl working were rude.

Basically you can't return or exchange any hair don't buy from here unless you're sure. Terrible customer service
