Arrived to have taxes done.  30 minutes into completing form preparer had entered wrong SS number.  Unable to correct. Had to call supervisor to void return and start over.  Uncomplicated taxes took 2 1/2 hours to complete  three calls to supervisor and they had the nerve to charge me $451.00.  Never again!

While I haven't used the tax prep services of this location, my job takes me to the Walmart in which it is located several times a week. Multiple times I have observed an older heavy set man bring a coffee or soda into the front men's room, place it atop a urinal, proceed to use said urinal, take the drink, not wash his hands, and return to the Jackson Hewitt desk nearby. If I had ever considered the possibility of using this service, this man's revolting hygine has ruled it out entirely.
