To anyone planning on going here to get the 1000 to 3000 dollar advance or the 3000 to 7000 advance do not waste your time. They say it takes a few hrs to load onto your card it took 48 hrs and we got 300 dollars. They said it would be 3 to 7 grand and they charged us that extra fee to get 300 dollars.. DONT GO TO JACKSON HEWITT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GO TO H & R BLOCK. That's who we went thru before they are professional and dont lie We are still waiting for your manager at the office to return our call... I'm sure walking in there and telling everyone to go somewhere else and what you did by charging us an extra fee for 300 dollars that we were guaranteed at least 1000 on will get the message across.. if you want to hire people that are incompetent that's on you but the public should not have to suffer because of your lack of training....
