Jackson Hewitt Tax Service

First time using their service…the “professional” that helped us was Deede or something like that because she never introduced herself. She didn’t asked any questions about us, she did not present the changes from last year to today’s taxes procedures. She just typed the information provided by us but she never asked for further information to see if we qualified for other tax deductibles or anything else. She did not explain their payment plans or other services provided… we ended up paying $472… at front. We will never go back or recommend their service to any of our friends or colleagues. I how we do not get a tax audit because it will get very awkward.

Deborah is great! Always answers our questions, gives us strategies for the next tax year and very thorough. Something looks amiss, she will compare the previous year and quickly identifies the difference. Our go to tax preparer.
