The tax service that I received from this Jackson Hewitt branch office was nothing but EXCELLENT. The preparer was very knowledgeable AND helpful in getting me the most MONEY that I could get from the IRS. The fees were quite reasonable. A very pleasant experience.

The guy Jamil at one of the Philadelphia locations did an amazing job with my taxes. The location on Lancaster is a little bit sloppy because the lady there wouldn't even look at my taxes and she was rude. I'm glad i did go to another location.

On 4/8/22 at 11a - I met branch manager Mrs. Shontane . She was very polite, laid back & extremely knowledgeable . I will DEFINITELY be back . Mrs. Shontane thanks again .. Wishing you & yours all the BEST
