Dr. Keith Jackson is an excellent dermatologist, THE BEST actually. He is extremely compassionate and does everything he possibly can to help his patients. I cannot say on how many occasions he’s helped me with so many different dermatological problems. I have had many different dermatological issues. If you are looking for an EXCEPTIONAL DERMATOLOGIST, I would highly recommend him.

Let me tell you something he’s amazing, and nice! But he’s unprofessional in a sense of overbooking clients, with lazy hours!! He told me one day that he purposely overbooks!! So when everyone shows up we’re all waiting for hours to be seen. Last time I went there my appt was at 1:55 and ppl were there waiting since 12 to be seen! The staff are nasty. It’s sad because I love him as a doctor but I don’t like the way he runs his business.

I was to another dermatologist who did not find or solve my skin problem but Dr Jackson knew after one visit what the problem was and solved it. I recommend Dr Jackson with such confidence to everyone, and I am not a person who gives reviews unless the experience was excrptional

Good doctor but can't see him waited an hour and 45 minutes and still had two patients ahead of me canceled and booked an early appointment a month later I'll try that if not goodbye doctor

STAFF IS THE PROBLEM HERE. I didn't get to see the doctor, it was my first time there I waited over an hour and a half and still had three patients in front of me. The receptionist was pleasant but the office manager was rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. As I was respectfully talking to the receptionist and she was providing responses to me respectfully, the office manager decided to start yelling at me and cause a scene in her place of employment because I canceled the appointment and asked if the wait is like this all the time so I know what to expect the next time. They were clearly overbooked as other patients have been waiting longer than I. Total disregard for your time. Wish I read the reviews before hand.

I switched Drs and take my kids to see Dr Jackson now and I'm so glad to have found him. I saw the previous derm for 6 months with no positive results. After one visit with Dr. Jackson, there was an immediate change and the problem was basically resolved after a handful of treatments. The Dr. Is amazingly comfortable and includes the patient in every step of his thought process during treatment. What I find refreshing is that he doesn't waste time making unnecessary appointments to handle something. If he notices you have an issue that he can resolve easily he does it right then and there instead of saying go make an appointment for next week and I can look at it again then. Not many doctors take the time and care he takes to really help. We love him and would never go elsewhere. Highly recommend him.

I have at nice experience he are at good doctors only he not take my insurance

I have no issue with Dr. Jackson, but his staff and office procedures have ruined his reputation. First, the wait is ridiculously long. I wasn’t seen until 1 hour past my appointment time. I had an office visit in which i made a future appointment for a procedure, and I also purchased a cream for $50. I called to cancel the appointment the Saturday prior to the Monday appointment. About a month later, I received a bill for $100! $50 for the appointment I “didn’t cancel” and $50 for the cream! Lucky for me, i paid with a debit card and have the receipts, and also a phone bill printout showing my 20 second call to the office 2 days prior to my appointment. Nice try! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this office.

Great doctor. Even the PA is very professional and thorough. Everything was explained to me in detail along with my options. I opted to have the surgery and it couldn't have gone better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jackson and his PA to anyone looking for a dermatologist especially if it's for surgery.
