I recommend Jakes auto-Mark general manager, I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone else! He is honest, respectful and trustworthy. I just had my power steering belt replaced, I’ve had other problems with my car and he repaired it and stands behind his work, and you earn reward points! I got a free oil change using my reward points! Everyone there is nice and know what they’re doing. I tell All my girlfriends to go see Mark, because he doesn’t take advantage of women. This is the best auto shop in the Phoenix area. Marc and his team do an amazing job at getting your car in and taken care of without charging you a ridiculous price. They will get you to where you need to be if your car will take a while to be fixed and will get you back to your car! The customer service is awesome and Marc is the best guy out there! He will do all that he can with his team to make sure you are being taken care of. Love this place for my car needs and trust them with any issue that I’ve had or might have on my car. This auto repair shop has it all together. Very friendly and professional. My car was fixed in a couple days at a reasonable price. Also, they arranged for my transportation at drop-off and pick-up. I’d give them more stars if I could! Great work, Jake’s!

I have finally found a shop that I can trust to do the job right and not take advantage. They have been able to fix electrical issues that others can’t even diagnose correctly. Prices are more than fair and they’ve even thrown in extras for me. The folks at this shop are very friendly! Not only was customer service top notch, but they fixed my doors for $200 LESS than what a competitor had quoted me. They also gave me a bit of advice for how to swap out my radiator. This advice meant a lot as my dad passed a few years ago and I haven't had anyone who could give me tips or catch my mistakes.
