I had a horrible experience with them. They broke my glove compartment and was telling me it was like that . I’ve had this car for so long I use my glove compartment every single day and it never fell off like that when I open it .

I didn't have a good experience. IF someone reaches out to me like I have been promised and solves/explains my issues, I'll change my review accordingly. * Update* I was contacted first thing the next day and invited to come back to the shop to resolve the issue. It took less than a minute. Now I can say everything about my experience was positive

Got my first oil change on my 2022 Honda Civic SI at my neighborhood jiffy lube on Bethany Home and 27th avenue. Asked a lot of questions because I was getting advice from different sources on oil, filters etc and the staff there made me very comfortable and answered all of my questions thoroughly! Really appreciated the great customer service and quick turnaround time as well in completing the work! Highly recommend!Service: Oil change

Went in for a $50 something oil change, spent 96 because of cabin filter and then AGAIN, they didn't have my air filter. Came back for it and was charged $45 more! So even with the $15 coupon it cost me 3 TIMES THAT!! LESSON LEARNED AND NEVER AGAIN. Thanks Robert for the shaft.

Great service have used jiffy lube for over 10 years. 27th Avenue & W. Bethany Home Rd. I saw a bad review yesterday and was taken off guard, they can suggest all they want bottom line you need to know your vehicle. Keep up the good work!Service: Oil change

Very convenient location and busy too. Possibly understaffed. Staff is friendly but could be more attentive to customers waiting.

I decided to give this place a try since somewhere else that I use was super busy and I was getting ready to drive out of town later that day. They did what they said they would which was an oil change. It didn't seem on the faster side which is what I thought they do fast oil changes. I felt $130 for my truck was too much and at least for that price that they would reset my onboard oil change percentage. Even though I was unhappy about these things they did do what they said they would do and everybody was very nice, so that is why they gave them four stars.

Called in am when they opened to see what services they offered.... needed nail out of tire. Asked about hours and let them know i would be in to get tire fixed nail removed/tire plugged a little later. Came in roughly 2.5-3 hrs later and they remembered my initial call! They were prompt, courteous and thorough! Fixed my tire and checked tread and condition of others! No pressure for anything I didn't need! Will definitely let them earn my business for other jobs on my cars!
